Amber Staedtler, DNP

Amber Staedtler is a nurse practitioner who provides spine care services in both the clinic and hospital settings. She joined Black Hills Orthopedic & Spine Center when they merged with Black Hills Neurosurgery, bringing with her over 10 years of neurosurgical experience. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Amber received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from South Dakota State University in 2009. As a bedside nurse, she specialized in the care of critically ill patients within cardiac, neurosurgical, and trauma intensive care units. She received her Doctorate in nursing practice from Arizona State University in 2015. Amber’s area of research includes the nonpharmacological treatment of neuropsychiatric symptoms in Alzheimer’s Disease.
