“Dr. Gaffney took the time to explain the procedure. He also explained how to be best prepared, which meant lowering my A1C (losing some weight, eating healthier). He didn’t seem rushed, which was nice. Lastly, he came in on his day off to see the patients he missed due to a canceled flight. That’s what I call above and beyond kind! An overall pleasant experience with a knowledgeable surgeon. I thank God that I’ve been blessed with such an awesome surgeon.”

No monkey business no bs like well you can take this if you wish to, but it probably won't help. I had a plan on how to correct the situation.
